My inspector, Ron Woods, was fantastic! I learned so much from him about termites, he showed me what to look for between inspections and made suggestions about some items I should move to better protect my home. He explained what he was doing in every step and didn't mind me following him around while he was inspecting. Being a former police officer, he also gave me several very valuable safety tips while he was inspecting for which I am forever grateful! He has a great personality and was very congenial. I could just go on and on about how awesome he is!
Speaking of awesome, I called the office to share my accolades about Ron and Bonnie answered the phone. She's awesome as well. She listened to me for a long time and agreed with all I had to say about Ron and told me to watch for this survey so I could give him a shout out. She shared how great it was to work for a company that truly cares about its employees and their customers.
