I have been a Terminex customer for 8 years. I have always been very pleased with the termite and pest control services. At any time when I need the company’s help, whether it is an extra service because a squirrel is in my attic, or reapplication is necessary because of too much rain, or tackling a hornets nest, they respond promptly without hesitation. Over the years, I have had extremely qualified technicians who service my home, however, I would like to mention an exceptional technician, William Ford, who goes above and beyond any of my expectations. In addition, he is extremely polite, thoughtful, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to listen and help solve a problem. I appreciate this immensely. Thank you William for your outstanding service. As a former business owner I understand the challenges, what I learned is it’s cheaper to keep one than replace one. He is always polite, cool, and acted like he was happy to be there. If he worked for me I would give him a raise

We have been a customer with Terminix for 9 years now. Their technicians have always been professional, on time and courteous. Our current technician, Shawn, always goes above and beyond to make sure our home is properly serviced. In fact on a recent visit for our Fire Ant service . he was interrupted by a 10 foot gator who was in the process of changing ponds/lagoons. Shawn took the high ground and said he'd finish the rest of the property and return when it was safe to complete the left side of the property which he did a few days later.
