Our home is almost completely free of pests etc. You have always been punctual and professional. Your program seems to keep the bugs etc. from even getting in the house.
You do send multiple -- sometimes duplicative surveys. One or two a year should be enough. Not two for every visit.
We wouldn't change a thing -- Daniel Middleton is our tech and is always prompt and thorough, not to mention that he has a wonderful demeanor and listens to any issues we may have. Also, scheduling is super easy!
