Did not appreciate that you decided to raise prices without notification. I signed a services agreement and was led to believe that my annual cost would remain the same during the lifetime of the contact. Otherwise, I would have paid full amount up front. Your price increase nullified much of my Social Security increase!
Record keeping system, invoicing and communications are confusing for customers snd dong really make much sense. Seems that there is better systems technology that could be used.
