Bonnie was very very helpful and friendly on the phone when I called to set up my service. She explained who exactly would be coming out and made sure I had all my questions answered. A genuinely nice person. Eric, the technician who came out (I think he was actually a manager) was just as friendly and accommodating. He reviewed what was offered during the treatments and actually did a treatment that same day. Great service!
