I already called Chris Haynes a few days ago, and told him that I had the absolute best termite inspection on my house in the 17 years or so that I have had Terminix. My technician, KJ Jabar, was on time, polite, totally respected my property, and did a THOROUGH inspection, inside and outside, and explained what he was doing along the way and asked me questions to help him determine if there were any problems. He inspected areas that I have NEVER seen prior inspectors look at, such as around ceiling HVAC vents, the tracks of the windows. I could go on, but KJ is the ABSOLUTE best ever! I hope his route stays in The Haven.

Brent is always on time and does a thorough job. Respectful of property
Our tech always arrives on time, or even earlier. He is pleasant, courteous, and always checks in before servicing the property to make sure there aren't any "issues". If we want additional spaces checked, he's always willing to get in the attic (or wherever) and ensure that all is good.
Communication with the office is excellent, whether it's regular scheduling or an issue that needs addressing.
All in all, working with Terminix has been an excellent experience.
