Always prompt & efficient, although I’ve about given up trying to get y’all to tell employees not to knock down active spider webs routinely 🙁. Most spiders are good for the environment.

Lonnie the service tec let me know that he had arrived. Asked if seeing any bugs inside the home. None seen so did no have to come inside. Went around the home outside to spray, etc.
