Everyone whom I have worked with has been courteous, knowledgeable, and on time. When I had an issue with Palmetto bugs even after the service visit, there was no additional charge.

Inspectors appear to be always polite, courteous and professional. Excessive annual contract price increases is an issue, though.

As long as Amanda treats my home I am 100% satisfied/1 The reason I ask for her is; i have had several tech come and within a week had to call for a repeat treatment!!! Amanda does it right the first time! Thank you Amanda!

My technician, Nicholas, was very friendly and helpful. He pointed out problems with the ventilation in my brick foundation and offered a great solution to fix that.

I like the fact that we have not had any pests of any kind in our home during all the years we have had Terminix! I like the fact that Tom Elkins, our technician, keeps up with our pest control and our termite prevention, because he is very efficient, friendly, and diligent in our care. I recommend y’all all the time to people!
