They come when it's convenient for us. We are seeing very few bugs in the house thanks to the thoroughness of the treatment we receive. The guy who comes is friendly easy to talk to and gives us good recommendations for what we can do to keep those yucky bugs out of the house.
We are happy to get such good service.
