I am very satisfied with Terminix! Their Pest Control Techs are always prompt and on time! Those who have come to my home are friendly, knowledgeable, and answer my questions! When I call the office, I get to speak to a person and not have to deal with a recording! Their customer service skills are excellent! Friendly staff! They come when it's convenient for us. We are seeing very few bugs in the house thanks to the thoroughness of the treatment we receive. The guy who comes is friendly easy to talk to and gives us good recommendations for what we can do to keep those yucky bugs out of the house.
We are happy to get such good service.
