The people are awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and kind. They welcome guestions and are very forthcoming in their answers. Plus I have no more roaches!! They monitor the termite bait traps monthly and inspect the house for any problems and I know that they would let me know immediately if I have any issues. Called and scheduled a appointment, tech showed for appointment on time then explained what he would be doing and appointment time it would take to do it. When finished he told me how everything looked and made recommendations, was nut pushy, and was very well mannered.
I hate to continually repeat myself; but, it's all tied to Andy and the office staff. I can only hope that the same level of service and professionalism continues with Andy's replacement.

I don't know much about Terminix. I know my Tech. He is Terminix to me. I appreciate the consistency and the simplicity of dealing with him each visit.
My tech is a local guy, and he seems to actually care about his neighbors. He is the reason I have continued the service and have already recommended him to family members and friends.
It is the guys on the ground, that are the face of the company, and it matters who they are!

I have been a Terminix customer since the 1990s and have been very pleased with their services and employees. I want to especially commend:
1. Tanya, who has almost always been the person who has answered the Winnsboro line from the first time I ever called to make an appointment. I love hearing her relaxed voice and pleasant manner. It makes me feel like we are old friends.
2. Mac, who services my house and yard. He grew up right here in Winnsboro, and I know his family from way back. It is always like "old home day" when he arrives and I am here to greet him. He always does a great job with pest control and termite protection. I have his mobile phone number so I can call him if I need something after usual business hours.
3. I have to tell you that I still miss Roy, my very first serviceman. He was a guru for all sorts of home maintenance issues as well as providing wonderful pest/termite protection. If you are still in touch with him, please tell him I have never forgotten him, and he is the standard for all of Terminix's service people to attain.
