I like the friendlyness of the receptionist and the employee who sprays the outside of the house for pest control. The knowledge that if I have any insects inside the house they will come back to spray, also i like the fact that the spray they use is safe for our cats and the enviorment.
It's like this, you gave me a time and you arrived on time. Charlie explained everything to me and did his work very well. Charlie also told that if after a week or so if I see any bugs to give you a call and he would come back and take care of it!
