Terminix has been a reliable company to do business with. Whenever I have called them with a problem, they have been here to take care of the problem. They are a company that you can trust..
The technician was right on time, went under the house from both sides checking for termite activity and checked moisture levels. She let me know that she didn’t see any signs of activity and that the moisture levels were excellent.
The appointments are automatically with emailed confirmation and they keep the schedule and a detail note describing what was done.
Service is thorough too.

I like how Pat schedules my pest control appointments. My 3 properties are gated, and I need to be available to unlock and lock the gates. Also, I make sure my animals don't interfere with the technician and pest control treatment.
Pat keeps me informed of new services with Terminix that I might be interested in. Definitely thinking about the new mosquito service. I have used another pest service in the past because it was much cheaper than Terminix. I am seriously thinking of trying this new service.
