The professionalism
The staff at Terminix is very helpful and accommodating. Phil is the tech who services my home and he is always prompt and always inquires about my pets and wheher I want to have the inside of my home treated.
I have a quarterly maintenance agreement with Terminix. Terminix schedules the visits each quarter; I don’t have to worry about contacting them. If I see any “creepy crawlers” between visits, it’s nice to know that I can call and there is no additional charge! The office staff and our technician, Will, are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Thanks Terminix!

The two pesticide technicians (Shawn and Porter) were very professional and informed me of what they were doing to ensure that my pest problem would be resolved. It has been over a week since they came, and I am elated that it seems that the problem with bugs no longer exist.
