I think your rates are reasonable. I especially like the fact that, if I see any spiders or bugs between visits, you will come out and spray again at no extra charge. My husband and I had a different service at one time...and they did absolutely nothing. Someone else recommended Terminix to us, and you'd better believe that I'm sticking with you.

I had a problem with an insect so I called in the morning and by 2 PM, Luke had arrived to take care of the pesky critters.
You keep the bugs out of my house. Our technician, Mike, does a great job with the outdoor applications. He also comes as needed when we have issues inside the house. Mike is always very friendly, and listens to what our issues are and then addresses them.

I have used Terminix for 30+ years and I just feel like I can trust them. I have had times when they gave me good news and times when they gave me bad news. All of their preventative measures have worked completely, as well as things they did to address specific conditions that were not part of their preventative contract. I do not plan to consider anyone else.

Strong pest control and great employees
Melissa does a thorough job and has returned periodically when we needed extra help. The latest visit was for an inspection where she went under the house in the crawl space. I went with her. She helped me reposition insulation the remodel team forgot to do. She's a keeper.
