I was unaware the technician who checked our termite baiting stations yesterday had come until I happened to see him walking in the yard. I was expecting him to ring the doorbell when he arrived. I found the work order by the front door after he left.
I am sure he did a fine job checking all the traps we have. Nevertheless, a personal greeting would have been appreciated.
