After 36 years as a customer, Terminix continues to impress me with their consistency and professionalism. They just completed my most recent service, and once again everything was handled perfectly. The technicians are always on time, well-prepared, and extremely knowledgeable about the work they do.
One of the things I value most is how smooth the scheduling process is. Every appointment is set up in advance, and communication through text or email is always clear and convenient. I rarely have any issues between visits, but on the rare occasion I do, they respond quickly and resolve things without any hassle.
For me, having a pest-free home is peace of mind, and Terminix has made that possible year after year. After so long, they feel more like trusted friends than just a service provider. I plan to keep relying on them well into the future.

Very friendly employees and I never have a problem with the gentlemen, who’s coming, being on time. Terminix took care of my bug problem many years ago and haven’t had issues since then.

Hunter Herron was the sweetest! He was super patient and kind. There was a mix up with times and I wasn’t there when he came by. Super understanding and nice. Really couldn’t be a nicer person. I would stay with Terminix simply because of him.
