Firstly, we were very impressed with Mr. Charles. He was very friendly and explained all that he planned to do during the inspection. He very thoroughly located, cleared & checked all of the 27 Sentricon sites and advised that all looked satisfactory. At our request, he also showed what he looks for as he inspects each site. He inspected for termites under the house, reporting everything looked ok and clean. We are confident that Mr. Charles completed a very thorough annual inspection and appreciate his efforts.
