I have been so pleased with every aspect of doing business with the Sumter Terminix branch but, what stands out most is the excellent and friendly customer service, both in the office and in the field.
I really appreciate that the branch office makes the effort to schedule quarterly appointments, regardless of how many attempts they have to make to reach me. Without fail, every person I have spoken to by phone has been personable, friendly, helpful and professional.
The field technicians are equally as friendly and professional. Having the same technician servicing our home most visits is an added plus. Not only is our regular technician extremely knowledgeable, he has come to know our home and needs. He is thorough, yet efficient, and has taken additional time to point out areas of concern that may not be necessarily insect/pest related. There is much to be said for the trust and relationship that is established through having a regular technician who is professional yet personable.
In short, I highly recommend the Terminix branch in Sumter, SC.
