The technician was extremely nice and helpful. I have noticed that I get new technicians from time to time and this is a little concerning. This last visit was the same technician, and I was glad to see that he was the same person. I really do not like different individuals into my home.
We recently moved here and had been in the house about a month after our Terminex service started. And was vacuuming our spare bedroom in preparation of arrival of new furniture. And saw a pile of sawdust looking material in an outside corner. So anxious me calls Terminix. A friendly voice answered, listened to my concerns and talked with a service tech. And Steve, I believe, was able to come in 30 minutes. He gave us the reassurance it was fire ants. Great to hear that it was not termites. But another another invader!. But appreciate the fast, friendly, and courteous service. Thank you!

Support team at the home office has always been outstanding. Very responsive to my questions about billing and scheduling, and they’re always happy you called.
