We had treated for fire ants, seemed hopeless, then carpenter ants and others showed up. I called Terminix for help. Thomas came and saw the variety of ants we have, he treated 4 days ago and I didn’t see any ants today, yaay! He was very good explaining the process to me and answering all my questions. He made some suggestions, which we followed. He has great customer skills, felt like I’d known him for years.
