The technician, Grayson, that inspected our house did and excellent job. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He also arrived at the time scheduled which I appreciated. He checked for plumbing leaks and informed me that there were none. My only complaint is that the price of the yearly inspections has skyrocketed and if this continues, I may have to look for another company to provide my termite inspections.
