Adam Gaffney has been amazingly responsive, even when the issue is very minor. He has even called immediately when I accidently called his number. That call turned into an immediate relocation of a bait container -- the second one in a week caused by changes we created around our home.
We are thrilled with Terminix service and results! We switched to another provider for several months and constantly had roaches and bugs throughout the house. After one service call the bugs are GONE!

I like the current employee who services our house and our office. Currently, it is Jacob and he does a great job because we never see roaches when he does our servicing. We had other excellent workers too before Jacob but when they left and we had other employees service us, we had problems with roaches. Once Jacob came back to us, the problems disappeared. So, that is evidence that he does a great job.
Jacob is always very punctual and does a very thorough job in treating our home
