The technicians and people in the office are just outstanding at everything. Services are always performed in a timely and thorough manner. In the 10 years I’ve been a customer I’ve never seen a live bug in our home and they only treat the outside and never even have to come inside.

The technician is very knowledgeable and friendly and is on time. We are very happy with Terminix and would be happy to recommend them at any time!!

I like that you are consistent in showing up every year. Your techs are friendly and informative all the time. Change I don’t like this year. In the past the tech would show up inspect under the house and then check all bait stations around the house. But this year after checking under the house the tech told me someone else would come by and check the bait stations. I was told by the office that they didn’t have but 3 readers for the bait stations. The Tech told me he had everything he has always had to do the job. The office lied to me. Why would you send 2 trucks to 1 house to do a job either one of the techs could have done alone ? 2 service calls cost more than 1. You’re wasting money sending 2 trucks to the same house. If your making to much money you can cut my rate. I want argue with you. Great service but this change doesn’t make sense.
