Teddy has been amazing throughout our entire homebuying process. Our situation was complicated due to the fact that we are moving from out of state. Therefore, Teddy not only had to communicate with us remotely but also ascertain what we were looking for in a home without being able to see our expressions and reactions in person. We had to arrange for other local family members to meet him for walkthroughs, which we participated in over FaceTime. We were extremely close to buying a house that needed much due diligence in terms of getting estimates on repairs.Teddy helped us arrange for the much needed time to get those estimates and saved us quite a few headaches. We decided to pass on the house and have no regrets about that decision. Once we found other houses we were interested in, Teddy jumped right in to help us make offers. The third and final house we looked at was "the one." The situation was set up to be a bit of a bidding war and Teddy again walked us through making an offer and offered us sound advice as we did so. He listened to our concerns, our positive thoughts, etc. and socratically guided us without pushing us in any one direction. Teddy walked us through the entire homebuying process with the help of professionals within his networking circle (lawyer, banker, etc.). All of them were professional, personable and adept at helping write up offers, contracts and secure a loan. Our offer was accepted and we flew in to meet Teddy in person and do the final walkthrough. Teddy became more like a friend than a realtor during the time we were house hunting and making offers. He remained absolutely professional but showed he really cared about finding us the perfect house as if we were friends he had known forever. It was so nice to finally see him in person. He put our minds at ease and we are so grateful to have found such a great realtor.
