Since my Budget Support Specialist has changed, I am very pleased with the level of service my school is being provided from BSC. My General Budget Support Specialist, Ms. Marie Harvey has made a huge impact in a short amount of time and my Internal Budget Support Specialist, Ms. Lysa Robb continues to support my school super efficiently. as well. I very please with my experience this year.

Ryan Smith is very professional, accessible and extremely responsive to my needs and questions.
I am on my 4th bookkeeper in 2 years and each one has their own way of doing things. While this alone is not a problem and we have adjusted to the individual process preferences of each, what has been an issue is the lack of consistency with what we are being told "is" or "is not" allowed per policy. My team and I are going to follow the rules as required; however, it seems the "rules" change based upon the bookkeeper we have assigned to us and that is causing a great deal of frustration for many.
Debbie Cox is very thorough. She follows up on delayed orders and sends feedback on budget expenses with recommendations.
Lisa Mitrani is very knowledgeable. She processes paperwork and provides guidance on how to follow procedures in a less time consuming manner.
Mr. Smith is always available should we have feedback or questions about budget. He always answers with a smile and provides solutions quickly.
Scheduled meetings and knowledge. It really takes a lot off my plate. Allows me to focus on teaching and learning.

I have a phenomenal business support team member. Lisa Compasano is just like a part of my daily team. She is always accessible to answer any questions from field trips, to vendors, discussing my budget and a million other tasks. She is thorough and because of her dedication we have had excellent audit! She is a true asset to the BSC and to our school district.

BSC is very supportive in listening to my concerns as the leader of my school.
Josie Guzman is doing a phenomenal job with our operating budget and is part of our school's culture and family.
Unfortunately, I have not had the same experience with the internal accounts person, not coming in on time, not too friendly with the clerical staff and overall questioning the leadership team at the school. Not to mention money was transferred to a wrong account.
Sheena and Ryan listened to my concerns and I have to say that I'm very satisfied with how they are taking action to my concerns.
