I’m normally have a lot of anxiety going in to a salon and that results into me not getting my hair cut when needed. I have never felt so welcomed walking into a salon before. My stylist Rachel was absolutely amazing and could sense my anxiety and made me feel so comfortable by explaining everything to me in detail and making sure I was trusting of her to do what she recommended. I was able enjoy the whole experience and walked about of there feeling like a whole new person. . Can’t say enough of the Salon Manager either! She took the time with me on the phone when I called for the appointment to see what I was wanting done and to be able to fit me with the right stylist! Also when done with my appointment she made sure I was happy with everything and also took time to make sure I had all the information on all the new product I was purchasing. I am so happy I discovered Estilo and looking forward to my cut and color appointment in January!

Even though she is my daughter, I love how she does my hair compared to my last hair stylist. Don't get me wrong I liked what she did with mine, but I get a lot of compliments on the color of my hair and the cut.
I guess it paid off paying for her schooling. lol

I love everything about Estilo and often tell my friends. My hair appointments start with a head and neck massage that is so relaxing, then the hair washing is equally relaxing and feels like another massage. They offer beverages; my favorites are the Aveda tea or hot coffee. Then I almost fall asleep during the hair drying. My stylist always gives me a great cut. It's a spa-like salon!
Opportunity for training: I wanted to use 2 payment methods, cash and credit card. The receptionist was completely unfamiliar with splitting payments this way. I explained it 3 times and she didn't understand. She wanted to ask a colleague, but they were in the middle of hair appointments, so I had her put the entire balance on my card. I did politely recommend that she ask how to do this later, as I'm not the only one who will ever want to use 2 forms of payment. Someone will also likely come in with a gift card and also need to add cash or a credit card.
Jasmine is an amazing stylist! I have curly hair, and she was the first stylist to ever diffuse it, use curl cream, etc instead of just curling or straightening it.
Good haircut, reasonably priced,!tranquil environment; best of all, everyone there is super-nice, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. My stylist, Breanna, always asks me questions I don't think about and helps me make decisions that are tailored to my needs. I hear all the other stylists listen to their clients as well. I feel valued while I am in the salon. And the best part is, I always walk out more satisfied than I expected.
