I love the Sequoia Pool! I am SO GRATEFUL for early water walking schedule at Sequoia YMCA. I work 9 to 5pm: This beautiful morning pool time is my only opportunity to do my physical therapy movements and get water exercise in. Sequoia pool kick-starts my day, every day.
The community of friends I have made in the pool is another cherished benefit of membership at the Sequoia YMCA. Sequoia Staff is friendly and responsive, as well. Well worth my continued full membership fees!

We love our instructor Ryan! Keeps the kids engaged and provides them with fun activities while challenging them at the appropriate levels.
The classes are varied and the instructors are well versed in how the body works so one doesn’t get injured.
Good people and good classes. The Y is both my community and my way to stay well physically and emotionally. I wouldn't be a healthy senior without you guys.
A great variety of classes and fitness options for all fitness levels. Friendly people, and friendly and helpful staff. The warm pool is a real plus for those of us with arthritis!

Ample choices and excellent ways to stay in shape in a pleasant, clean and safe environment with like-minded people and, if desired, under helpful guidance. Additionally the staff is friendly and welcoming. ALL that at a fair price! What's not to like?
Lap pool
community-driven/led -- unique Y (have been to multiple other Ys and this one is unique). Staff is generally excellent, members contribute to programs. Glad to see the MV director with her ganddaughter in the pool, etc. Staff members who have been there decades.
The equipment is excellent.
I do wish towels would be available again, but I do understand why they aren't now.
