Good variety and location for half the price of anyplace else in Palo Alto. When Reach gym closed recently, some members migrated here.

I use the facility for swimming only and I like the friendly staff and the overall friendly attitude.

They match my goals and abilities or lack thereof. I am especially impressed by Severin who has expert knowledge of muscle systems and corresponding exercises. The facilitu itself is clean, well outfitted, and friendly. I am also pleased at the signs that welcome everyone and to see the greeters that have found a job that suits their talents and abilities.
