I love the Y. I've had a family membership since 1994. When my children were young, we spent a lot of time together at the pool. They have happy memories of the Kid Zone. Today, I do workout classes with my adult daughters. We love Orna and her team of excellent instructors - especially Sue D, Janet, Ella, Delcy, Yvonne, Shu-Mei and Carol and Marina in swimming. I take Body Pump, RPM, CRX classes and aerobic water classes. My youngest daughter does too, and we both like the Banks Center for variation. The family atmosphere at the Y is lovely. While my family has grown up with the Y, I so enjoy seeing young families bring their children. Our girls also were involved in Y basketball and took many summer camps through the Y. I also appreciate the courtesy of the staff, and how well-maintained the Y is at Ross Road.
Kids club 1 is great
Personal training is wonderful. Yaser really challenges me to perform to the best of my abilities. The facilities are clean and well equipped. The reason I did not give. 10 is it would be great to have standing boxing bags for kickboxing and big thick ropes for training.

Have not taken advantage of programs or activities yet and cannot comment. So far just going solo in cardio and weight room.

I like the Y very much & definitely recommend friends to become members as I have previously. However, I don’t participate in any programs/activities only because prefer not be restricted by time.
I do my normal 2.5 miles on the treadmill & then 15+ minutes free exercise.

I really enjoy the Enhanced Fitness classes, but they are so crowded! I know there have been discussions about getting a larger room or starting a new session. However, I has not heard of any resolution except for signing in for the classes. This results in people coming earlier and earlier or being turned away disappointed. The format of these classes is perfect for me and for so many other seniors.
