I love the range of options for classes, swimming. Your instrucctors are terrific. So delighted that a new crop of lifeguards have been trained. I'm doing more swimming now (bad knee joint) and I love the Banks center. I've been a member since 1997 and this Y has been a mainstay for my family when my children were young, and into their young adult years. I can't say enough about what a tremendous resource it's been for my health and well-being. Thank you!

Staff is friendly. Locker rooms are clean. Equipment in great. Trainers are helpful. Cost is reasonable. We appreciate the commitment to caring for the community.
I have been attending the Y since 1995. The staff in the weight room are wonderful as afre the staff that welcomes me every morning at the front desk.
The variety of classes offered are great.
During my time there my needss have changed but there is always wome thing to do.
I've maade may friends since I joined which is an added plus.

Love the recreation swim area. I love the fact the locker room has everything, even a family changing area. I feel great after enjoying my time there. The staff are friendly and keep us safe.

I only use the Y for lap swimming + jacuzzi but am very satisfied with what you provide
I like the big high ceilings and feeling spacious and cool in the Palo Alto workout area.
In Cupertino location, I like the family pavilion for the big high ceilings and spaciousness for classes.
I like that most of the time, you keep the music volume low.
Thank you for towel service but could you please offer larger Bath towels since your bath towel size is for little kids and not big adult bodies.
