I’m really enjoying the Senior Fitness class and the Chair Yoga class!! The classes and the teachers are so good!! They make it FUN for all of us!! I’m so glad I joined the YMCA!!

I am only interested in lap swimming at present. I went twice during the 7 day free trial. One day, conditions were ideal. The second time the lanes were very crowded. The locker room and shower are very nice.

The NW YMCA has a wide variety of classes that suit every age
For me I like the Les Mills classes as well as Barre, Adult Ballet and TRX
The management at this Y works hard to meet members’s needs , I can speak very highly of Matt and Ruth
Also the front desk staff make us feel welcome every time we step through the doors
I like to work out on the machines and weights and feel it is a good place for young people
to go and work out.
The water cardio & aqua exercise for arthritis. Also the senior exercises taught by Diane.
I like the exercise machines, resistance machines and the free weights.
I like the fresh air classes. I like the quiet in the fitness center. I don't like the crowded pool

I love this gym. I love the people here I love the vibe I love the E. gym I love how the child care works, I recently decided just to go look at another one of the YMCAs near me and decided I will never do that again LOL I absolutely love this Northwest YMCA

I like being able to go to various Y clubs in the area. There are many machines for cardio exercise as well as weight training tools. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended!
