Dan Schaeffer (owner) is just plain easy to deal with. His demeanor was quiet and confident, while looking at our house to prepare his bid. His demeanor when discussing the project was reassuring.
The quality of the paint job was outstanding. Our painter, Henry, took the time to do a meticulous job. He was friendly and efficient.
The job was handled very professionally and friendly from the beginning quiote to the final inspection. Sherry, the owner, was at the job every day to oversee the work and touch base with us. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job on time.
We would highly recommend Sherry and her team of professionals.

The crew arrived when promised and worked very efficiently. The quality of their work was excellent. Cleanup was done by another crew that seemed to specialize in such work.
The whole process, from the estimate to the follow-up and execution was flawless.

Sherry was perfectly professional. She replied quickly when we scheduled an appointment. She called in advance to let us know she was on her way. And she and her painters showed up when they said they would be there. Sherry checked in several times over the course of the work and ensured everything was completed to our satisfaction. I will use them again and recommend that you use them, too.
I LOVED that a project manager came onsite every day to check progress and that he emailed me every day to let me know how the project was going. All that hands-on availability and communication was VERY important to me. I've had a lot of work done on my house this past year, and no other company has done anything like this for me. I loved that my PM was responsive and very personable (as was one of the painters! He told jokes and everything!) when he came out to the house for a final walkthrough. I am thoroughly pleased with the experience, and will be contacting ProTect for my next home project.
