Barnhart services are very dependable. No matter what I have to lift or move, Barnhart is always willing and able to accomidate me. My facility consists of multipe buildings that have been built over the last 120 years and stacked on top or next to each other. There is no easy way to get to some of our equipment, but the projects get completed without delays.

Communication and reliability
I like everything except the new 4 hour minimum policy. The last two uses of the crane cost me more than i bid for them. My team strives to get the crane in and out as fast as possible to keep them moving to the next job. This policy has bot only cost us more on a 1-2 hour job, but has made us less inclined to assist on making the trip faster than the four hours we are paying for. Noone was thinking about the smaller consistent customers who have been loyal for years. If another company not using this policy is mentioned to me by other local contractors feeling the same way-we will have to give them a try until someone at Barnhardt decides this branch of customers is worth keeping.
