Your location in Rockville Centre is two doors down from my office. It is very convenient to purchase products from you when I work in Rockville Centre. Everyone who works there is very helpful and friendly.

I went in for a bike fit at a friend’s recommendation, and instead within a few minutes he identified several assembly issues with my bike - all of which were missed by the other 4 mechanics who serviced my bike over the years. The fitting went great to say the least. He painstakingly took my measurements, asked me questions about my cycling history, training goals, races I’ll be doing this year etc, and tweaked my bike until I reached the ideal body position with utmost comfort. The whole process took over 4 hours and at no point did I feel rushed. I previously had 2 bike fits but this was the one I’m most happy about. I’ll now be riding those 56 miles in full confidence.

I’m also shopping for a new bike and the advices Chris gave me are invaluable. I didn’t like the wheels that come with the bike I had in mind, so we specifically discussed in great details about different tyre types, wheel widths and hubs, and he recommended a few brands for me to choose. Hoping to order my new bike through Rogue soon.

I can’t recommend Rogue enough. Everyone there simply exudes passion about bikes and cycling. I’ll be a customer for life.
