Everything!! The entire staff was so knowledgeable and just as excited as i was, to surprise my son with his first SE bike
The owner was present and knowledgeable when I bought a bicycle for myself and my granddaughter. The bicycles were of good quality and everything was done efficiently. When it came to our first tune up the owner picked up both bicycles and returned the same day and the first tune up is for free . The owner supervised his workers to make sure all was completed properly .
Service was good sales person explained and answered all my questions. The only thing I didn’t follow through on was asking for all the instructional paperwork that came with the accessories I purchased and were installed, but I’m sure if I had any questions I could call and they would be answered.

Stoped in on a whim . Have been looking for comfort hybrid bike . One caught my eye that was outside . Stopping in I was greeted by Art who was very attentive and helpful . I explained to Art no suspension fork , no seat post shock. He narrowed it down for me . I asked for the Fuji captiva that was outside to be brought in. He thoroughly went over the bike . I double checked with the Bike Guru Warren who manages there Rockville center store getting the thumbs up on the bike and Art . Made a point of how impressed I was with Art . Went home with the bike. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff .
The people were friendly and helpful. We had a short time to rent and ride bicycles one day and they got us in and out quickly. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again the next time I we vacation at Long Beach.
