Ashley and her team were amazing throughout our process of finding the most appropriate home for our family member who was being discharged from a skilled nursing facility.
She arranged visits within our geographic parameter with large, medium and small facilities, as this was all so new to us. She then followed up with the places that we had more specific questions about, kept us informed if a place were interested in was no longer available, and also inquired about the places that we were interested in that had a waiting list.
Ashley's consultative approach as a nurse with my husband and me was a definite plus. The needs analysis she did of our family member then narrowed down the options that would fit best our family member.
We could not have done any of this on our own. Ashley and her team are my "GO-TO" senior care advisors that I'll refer anyone to who needs help finding a place for friends or family members.
We were looking for a place for my Mother immediately upon discharge from the hospital and were very stressed. Ashley, the owner of Care Patrol, exceeded our expectations and found the perfect place for Mom. Very professional and knowledgeable!

From the moment I called Care Patrol through now, Care Patrol guided and helped my brother and I find and select a facility for my parents. Our CP partner, Ashley, was a subject matter expert who helped us think through what we needed, form questions, follow up on answers needed. Ashley knew the area and helped us with criteria to narrow the number of choices to a manageable set to see in person.
Ashley moved at pace, and provided us information quickly via calls, texts, and emails throughout long days and evenings when needed to find a place by a deadline.
Finally, Ashley demonstrated compassion and understanding by making personal visits to our parents.
