After almost two years of seeking help for my brother and finding not finding answers, I was directed to Care Patrol. I could hardly believe the help, support and guidance I received. Diana Harrison is, and has been, a godsend to us. Her knowledge and expertise has changed my brother’s life in a matter of months. Perhaps what has truly stood out is how much Diana and Don, one of the owners, actually cared about my brother’s well-being. Diana accurately assessed his needs and speedily found answers and was always available to address any questions we had. I cannot say enough about her and Care Patrol. I do not think we could have navigated through the past months without them. My brother is now situated in a wonderful place that meets his present needs and he is tremendously happy. I cannot recommend Care Patrol enough.

Help at the right time! That is what CarePatrol provided. I had one week to find an assisted living facility for my aunt. Diana's card was given to me by the social worker at my aunt's short rehab facility. She quickly responded to my message and arranged tours for me, even accompanying me. With her help I was able to find the best home for my aunt and to move her within a week. Furthermore, when I asked for help obtaining POA for my aunt, Diana arranged for my aunt and I to meet with CarePatrol's attorney the following week. They spent time with us answering any questions I had for her and her son's future care. I highly recommend CarePatrol to anyone who has the weighty responsibility of making decisions to care for their aged family member.

We are extremely pleased to have had Diana helping Angelica's family through this very difficult process. Don't know how we would have been able to get through everything without her help. Julie Fleck went over and beyond any expectations I had for getting help with placement for my dad. She listened to my non stop rambling when trying to explain my fathers needs and our desires on where to place him. She mad this experience less stressful during this trying time.
