If you need to find a care facility or care for your loved one, definitely contact CarePatrol. They are very knowledgeable and provide so much information and options for you to look at. Tell them what you are looking for and the type of care you need and they will direct you to the best options for your needs. They even tour the facilities with you and answer every question you have along the way. I’m very thankful for the help and support they provided me and can’t thank Lance enough for all of his help. Their knowledge, their patience, their understanding and that they work hard to find you a facility suitable for your love one. They direct you on what is needed to transfer from home to a facility or facility to another facility. I only wish I knew about them 2 years ago. If this is your first time looking for a place for your love one or even 2nd or 3rd call them they will help you. Thank you Bonnie and Lance for all you're hard work. Sincerely Suzanne

Sincerely appreciate their knowledge about Care facilities and referrals to programs to help with finances. I can definitely say that it would’ve taken me much longer to place her and get program applications in. She moved in a couple days ago and is enjoying the new home.

Bonnie listened to what we were wanting and found us places that met our requests. When problems arose she was quick to resolve them. She was able to find a faciality close to my home. She has a great atttitude and does not get upset if you disagree with her: she is open to hearing your ideas too. I would feel perfectly q confident in recommending her services to any of my friends or family. All I can say is AWESOME!!! They live up to their name Care Patrol. Lance was very kind , helpful, and always available to answer any questions you have. He was on the ball the minute I needed a place for my dad to live, and Lance found an assisted living and I'm am so happy he found a great place for my dad. I appreciated the way that Care Patrol went out of their way to keep seeking optics for our mom. They helped getting a care facility. But they went beyond that and helped us connect all the dots with the hospital, doctors, social workers, and more. They went beyond just finding a place for mom..they walked us through and made hope happen.
