I had spoken to Angela on the phone prior to me flying in and told her what we needed. When I landed she had to tour scheduled for us. My sister and I were having to place our younger sister in an assisted-living. It was hard for us to do Angela made it so easy the first place we saw with her we Felt
was the right place. She was with us through the whole process she even visited my sister in assisted-living-living a few days later, after I had to come back to Houston, it was fantastic. It was something we didn’t want do but we had to, she made it so easy she was there every step and we felt very comfortable. my sister and I can breathe now knowing that our other sister is safe and well taken care of and I owe that to care patrol thank all of you so much it’s something no one ever wants to do but when it comes to that time I highly recommend CarePatrol. They were wonderful. God bless you.

I can’t say enough good things about Care Patrol and Angela Houser with their help for our family. We thought we had sometime to look for my mother-in-law a place but things escalated and the social worker told us about Care Patrol. Within a day Angela had our family 3 appointments at different long term care facilities. She toured with us and help with questions we didn’t even think to ask. She also provided a lot of good material to review. We were able to find a place that day and my mother-in-law is very happy. Angela also called and checked in with us to make sure everything was taken care and that our family was happy with everything. I highly recommend this service to anyone that needs help with elderly family members.

Angela was so very helpful in our search for assisted living for my Mom. She set up tours and accompanied us and filled in the blanks with her wealth of knowledge in this Senior housing field. She checked in with me a number of times and was quick to respond to my many questions. She saved us so much time a relieved a lot of the stress that goes along with making these huge living changes…which will make my Mom’s life so much happier and safer! I highly recommend her!

ANGELA WAS VERY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE. SHE RELATED WELL WITH MY MOTHER AND DEFINITELY HELPED HER GET THROUGH THE PROCESS WITH LESS STRESS. SHE HAD VERY GOOD INFORMATION AVAIILABLE AND CONSIDERED OUR NEEDS FOR THE MOVE. SHE CLEARLY HAD A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THE VARIOUS FACILITIES AND WAS ABLE TO GUIDE US TO GOOD OPTIONS AND REDUCE THE TIME AND EFFORT NECESSARY TO FIND A NEW HOME.
