Kerry Nelson is so knowledgable. He gets straight to work to find the best fit for your elderly loved one. He goes above and beyond. We were in a crazy situation where we had to move fast. Kerry, got everything lined up, toured facilities with us, took notes on our behalf so we would t forget anything and helped us find our Dad’s next home. He treats you like family and won’t just find anything for you, he truly looks for the best fit!

The prospect of trying to find a place for my father in Portland that fit my requirements was so daunting! I was able to find out about CarePatrol and contacted Kerry. I didn't even know there were services out there that can do what he can do! He took my information and requirements. He was so knowledgable and was able to sift through all the options and find ones that fit our needs. It saved me so much time calling around and trying to ask the right questions. Kerry set up the appointments and went with my husband and I to tour the different facilities. I was able to find a place for Dad that I think will be wonderful for him. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so! I highly recommend his services. He is a very kind man and so helpful.

Kerry was exceptional in the way he communicated. He listened to my requirements for the right home to place my 96 y/o mother and found a loving care place in which to move her. It was like having a top notch realtor along with me. He did all the work and I just showed up and looked. It was wonderful that he toured the homes with me and guided me through the process. I started with a stranger and ended up with a friend.

He asked questions that helped pinpoint the senior living spaces that could be a match for my parents. We found on our initial tour, my answers gave Kerry a different care level than my parents wanted. Kerry responded with grace and flexibility. He changed the direction of the search seamlessly. He was our advocate when there were questions and misunderstandings. This was a BIG decision! A dreaded task of finding the right place was made so much easier with Kerry’s guidance.
