Extremely professional. She took our geographic boundary preference and called to get more focused InfoMation, i.e. likes, dislikes; pet-friendly, close to medical resources, etc - all to build a profile allowing her to research and prepare a list of potential communities. She established agreed-upon appointments to review the candidates and attended each one personally.
Cassie is an extremely vital resource to the older generation, q beautiful gem to be sought by every person/couple/family needing to make a lifestyle change.

Care Patrol was so helpful to help us find appropriate assistance during some very difficult and stressful times. There are so many options for assisted living/memory care and skilled nursing/rehab. Anna and CarePatrol were so easy to work with! My husband and I were dreading the process of finding a place to care for his mom. We expected it to last months and to be tedious. Anna helped cut through the noise; she knew which properties fit the budget and steered us in that direction. We found a place after a week of searching! I still can't believe it. Thank you Anna!

Anna was very helpful during a very difficult time. She provided more personalized support and guidance on what to look for in finding a facility for my father. Her checklist was very helpful on things I didn't consider when I initially started my search. She checked in regularly. She also has continued to provide support after finding a place for my father to help my family with the transition.

Anna was very knowledgeable on the local senior living facilities. She knew the in's and out's of each one, had general price estimates, and was able to provide references for various ones. She was so friendly and easy to talk to, and I can tell she cares a great deal about what she does and ensuring she matches people with the right place. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a senior living facility!

Anna specifically took the time to ask the right questions to ascertain my needs. She listened, pinpointed my needs and gave me her first three choices and recommended a visit to all three before making any decisions. I am thankful and extremely happy that one of her choices was an exact fit for my situation. I did not once feel pressured about making any decision. All I felt was concern from her for my situation and how she could help. She also offered more choices if I so desired.
WOW.......what a breathe of fresh air.

Anna is one of THE best people I've had the privilege of knowing. She has high EQ. She is extremely knowledgeable about the pros and cons of various communities, what to look for and how to overcome obstacles. She feels like a friend and confidant.
