Eric Klein is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Senior Living communities and is exceptional at finding the right fit based on your loved one’s needs. He has helped me personally twice now and has given the most appropriate recommendations. He also works with the facilities to make sure everything is cared for before a move takes place. I’ve recommended him at least a dozen times since I first worked with him and everyone has been beyond thrilled with his knowledge and expertise.

Eric Klein from CarePatrol was integral to our placement experience for mom. Finding a place for your parent with Alzheimer's to live is fraught with anxiety and burden and Eric helped cut out so many facilities that wouldn't have met mom's needs without us having to do any of the leg work. He narrowed down the appropriate facilities and toured them with us. He walked the line of being objective, but also 100% on our side. We had mom living in her new apartment within 2 months of meeting Eric. He was the push we needed to get through the arduous process for mom's safety and wellbeing and our peace of mind.

Eric worked with us as we looked to move my mother (95) from independent living to assisted living. After our first meeting he had a great sense of who mom was and what she would need. He helped us narrow down our choices and in a short time we made our ‘educated choice’ and mom is now getting the extra help she needs in her new residence. Eric and CarePatrol have my highest recommendation.
