I was contacted by Johnathon Clark for my mom who has dementia. He is professional, knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful to the specific needs of the patient and also, the family members. He was so resourceful in helping me find a placement for mom and I cannot be more thankful or grateful. I am so pleased with his support and service. I worked with Jonathan and Krystal to find the perfect place for my grandmother. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and helpful. Crystal was also an experienced professional. My grandmother was placed quickly and I am happy with the place we chose for her. My family would not have been able to find the facility without the assistance of CarePatrol.

Our family member had been independent until she was hospitalized, and then sent to rehabilitation to regain her strength. As time went on we knew our sister/aunt would no longer be able to live alone. We wanted her to be in a good facility but affordability was an issue as well. I didn’t know anything about CarePatrol until I was given a lead by the rehabilitation center where she was a resident. CarePatrol has been a lifesaver. Once I made the phone call to inquire about their services, CarePatrol’s representative, Krystal, went into action. She clearly explain CarePatrol’s services and assured complete satisfaction. She sent me a list of assisted living facilities. However, she was focused on one in particular that she thought would meet her needs on every level; and we are very satisfied. Krystal, is extremely professional, and very personable. I really felt like I was talking with someone who genuinely cared about our family member as much as we do. Very helpful. Took me to the places to see what they had to offer. Johnathan had so much information and was very helpful. Answered all my questions and let me know they can help the entire way through everything. Found a place for my dad. Helpful contacts as well as they can help you with estate and VA contacts. Awesome!

Jonathan did a great job of listening to needs I see for my 96 year old mom, who I have been living with and caring for in our home the past 16 months . After one phone discussion, he graciously, quickly, found me 4 different homes to visit so that I could see what this new type facility for assisted living looks like with residents. The fourth home we visited, in north Durham, was perfect for my mom. Although it took some patience and negotiation, we were able to arrive at a contract that fits Mom's budget. After touring the home Mom is excited about moving there, a bit later this month. I am very grateful that when my mom was discharged from Duke Regional hospital in September that her case manager referred us to Jonathan and his wonderful CarePatrol business. Although both my mom and dad (back in 2012, now deceased) have both lived in traditional, large assisted living institutions, I had no idea that this new type of care facility, with no more than 6 residents, even existed. It is so comforting to know that Mom will get much more personal care, including for her dietary needs, than she ever could in the understaffed big facilities. Thank you, Jonathan and Reba!
