They were able to help me with placement without the sales pitch. Nicole was very kind and knowledgeable. She was able to take the stress out of a difficult decision. All while I was trying to figure this out from 1800 miles away. Without CarePatrol of West MI-Lakeshore I would not have even known where to begin, let alone who to trust.
Michelle from Care Patrol was SUCH a kind and patient guide during my oh-so confusing and emotional time. She kept in contact with me (she always seemed to call when I was most lost) and she was very comforting and strong with her guidance. THANK YOU!
The communication was consistent and helpful throughout the process. My contact person was very professional and knowledgeable but was also very personable. I have already told others about Care Patrol and recommended them.
Very helpful. Quick to respond. Helped our family quickly set up visits to several assisted living facilities. Very knowledgeable. Just what our family needed.
From the first time I met Michele Woodring at Trinity Hospital in Muskegon I felt very encouraged as my husband and I had considered that it was time for us to move from our home to a continuing care community. She gave us brochures of various options both immediately in our neighborhood, and other excellent ones at some remove. She also told us that she could set up tours for us as we wished.
When we met with her to go on tours she was extremely informative about the community we were visiting. We had given her a list of what we were looking for in a new independent living apartment, and she brought us to one that checked off the items on our list.
We have moved into that apartment, and are settling in very well.
I have spoken highly of the work CarePatrol did for us in the person of Michele to other of our friends who are also beginning to consider this kind of transition.
Jennifer was very nice and informative. When we were trying to keep Barry at home as long as possible she gave me lots of information about different groups who send people to help out. She researched groups that have male aides. Covid landed Barry in the hospital for 18 days and now he is in a memory care unit.
I was struggling with decisions that had to be made for my mother who could no longer live in her own home. Jenny and then Michelle shared their knowledge and helped pave the way for me to make the best decision for my mom.
Michelle was a delight to work with. She listened to our needs and concerns and was able to quickly pivot when those changed. Her continued follow-up and offers of help are greatly appreciated.
