Serena Kerr was so helpful with every phase of my mother's move from the Rehabilitation Center to Assisted Living that I could not have done this without her. The humane and helpful assistance she provided me was invaluable. My mother is in a very good place now and her move there went smoothly. I owe a great debt of gratitude to Serena.

I am so incredibly grateful to Billie and her team for all they did for me while I was looking for respite care for my mom. Billie was the true definition of "above and beyond". She truly cared for me and my mother - a true angel of a human! I don't know what I would've done without her. She not only made sure my mother landed in a safe, caring facility, but called me every day while my mother was in the hospital to check to make sure I was ok and my mother was ok. She took me under her wing and provided priceless advice and support. I can't say enough good things about Billie and the Care Patrol team in MD. Thank you!! <3

What a fantastic service! For anyone who is looking for the best care options for a loved one I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to the amazing people at Carepatrol. Honestly the only bright spot in what has been a very dark few months. If you've tired to do the searching on your own and feel as I did slightly overwhelmed and disheartened by the entire process these are the people you need to help you! The follow up support has been outstanding. I can't thank them enough.

I have recommended CarePatrol to many of my friends to help look for a place for their parents. The team listens to what you are looking for and the price point. They then send you information on different facilities that meet your needs and your parents’ needs. The team will take you on visits to the different facilities and ask some questions that you might not think about at the different facilities you visit. The CarePatrol will follow up with you to see how your loved one is doing in the facility or if you want to visit more if the first few were not the right fit. I’m so thankful to have been connected with CarePatrol.

I had the best most caring experience with both Billie and Bonnie. They answered most questions before we asked. Having Bonnie go on the visits with us was also quite comforting as she was so knowledgeable about how the assisted living program works. Thank you to both!

Bonnie Elliot was very helpful and responsive in my request for a new facility for my wife. She found 4 places for me to choose from. The one I choose is a step up from the facility that my wife is now in. Bonnie was there and helpful in the process to select this new memory care unit for my wife.

The staff our Subject Matter Experts (SME) as it relates to helping families find places for their loved ones to go. They made the difficult take exponentially easier and by comparison stress free. Thanks so much CarePatrol (CP) staff!!!!!!

My family and I worked with many nurses, case managers, social workers, and other health care professionals, trying to find an assisted living facility for my brother to move into after his discharge from a rehab facility. Our needs were very specific, and timing was crucial. We had to repeat over and over again my brother's history, and his needs, because none of the health care professionals were communicating with one another. Serena Kerr from CarePatrol was our liaison between the social workers, etc., and us. She was very communicative, very caring and compassionate, told us what we needed to do on our end, and made a very difficult situation work to my brother's good. She was the only one who consistently followed through with what she said she would do. She is definitely in the right profession, and I highly recommend her to anyone who faces the same difficult path that we did.

My sister was the primary point of contact concerning our brother. Every time she talked to any of the Case Managers at the different facilities about Dan, she had to start over and repeat Dan's history and conditions. It appeared that nobody wrote any info in his chart, or they just didn't read it. Enter Serena Kerr. She was amazing. She followed up and did everthing she said that she would do. Plus, she was compassionate about helping Dan. I would highly recommend Serena

I was introduced to CarePatrol from Encompass Rehabilitation facility. In working with them, reduced the amount of stress in finding the right place for your parent. They did the foot work and set up the appointments/tours and even came with me for support. I am grateful for their service and what they provide. My wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about Care Patrol. We contacted Care Patrol when my father-in-law was going to be discharged form short term rehabilitation to explore our options. The Care Patrol representatives were extremely knowledgeable about the senior living landscape and were instrumental in putting us in touch with an assisted living facility where he now resides. We worked with Jessica and I don’t know how we would have managed this whole process without her. Throughout the whole process she was 110% engaged —- she communicated with me and my brother regularly, listened to what our goals were for our parents, she looked and found a place that met all the criteria we had for assisted living placement. I can’t thank her enough, she went above and beyond her job by being our listening board, providing guidance, and emotional support during this difficult process. Iwe can’t thank her enough.

I had a wonderful experience with Bonnie. She was attentive and listened to my requests. She only gave me options in the area I requested. And she went with me to tour the facilities. Representative Serena was OUTSTANDING. thru the whole process as she kept in constant communication with my daughter, son and I for I think close to two months. She was very kind and understanding of our situation as well as having unlimited patience. She was kind, patient and helped us prepare for each facility we visited by providing us a lengthy list of questions we wouldn't have thought to ask. Billie is extremely knowledgeable about the senior living community arena. Her colleagues seem to be as well. Both Billie and her colleagues seem to put end results above their personal outcomes. I wanted to help them in this process to at least get commissions from appropriate facilities but it was obvious that they care about end results and not specific placements. That is the key to real care. I am not sure that assisted living is the final stage for my mom. We will try it out. It has been extremely comforting to have someone help us get mom into the facility on such short notice and be available for advice on many issues. As you know, this whole process is stressful. Billie is so wonderful in the way she has supported us. She truly represents Care Patrol's mission and values. So many thanks to Billie and Care Patrol.
