In a time of great stress and uncertainty, CarePatrol helped me navigate next steps with my father and I am forever grateful for their assistance! Jenny was caring, responsive, and looked out for my father's best interests. It is so wonderful a service like this exists - the load it takes off a caregiver is immeasurable.

The personal care and handling that we received from Jenny Higgins was above and beyond.
We had some special needs for short term respite care, and Jenny narrowed it dow to the perfect place for us.
She also went above and beyopnd in helping to move our wheelchair and walker around to accompish the transiiopn to Wickshire.

Jenny was very knowledgeable with helping us choose a place for my parents. She was always available when I needed to talk to her. She was great in helping me choose the right place for my parents. She continued to tour places with us until we felt we found the perfect match. I am very confident we found the perfect place . When we started the process, I had no idea how to start. Jenny was great at putting my mind at ease.

The needs of mother met without delay. The staff listens to the patient and family. This hospital staff on the 8th floor meets all expectations. I feel my 94 year old mother is safe, even though I have stayed at the hospital most every day/night for s week. I sheen able to observe many staff members.

Could not be more satisfied with the help that the “Tammy’s” gave us. We were faced with this for the first time and they were wonderful. They met us, assessed our parents condition and gave us multiple options. I’m happy to say that my mother found an apartment in one of the recommended complexes and signed the lease the next day. I would not go through this process without them

I would rely on no other company beside Care Patrol! I cannot say enough how professional and helpful they have been with my two elderly parents. Your information is private between Care Patrol and the communities you wish to tour, review details about & with any decisions on what community is right for your loved one(s). No concerns or worry that your information will be shared or that you will receive a multitude of emails, phone calls, sent on some unwanted tours etc. No fees are incurred by you or your loved ones. Care Patrol takes you through step by step. In my opinion Care Patrol meets and surpasses the bar of excellent standards.
