We really were impressed with Andrea. She helped us narrow down assisted living places for my Dad. She was very nice and caring!

They made the process of finding a facility much quicker and easier. They also were on top of everything when the initial facility couldn't handle our family member and a new place had to be found. All of their help took a lot of stress and anxiety out of the whole ordeal.

Ann, who serves the Appleton area, was super nice and incredibly helpful in securing an appropriate assisted living home for my mom. Communication was great and I was always able to get a quick response from her. Bobby Jo in Green Bay, was also very helpful and nice to speak with.

Such a wonderful resource that makes transitioning a family member from their home to an assisted living so much easier. There is so much stress and so much to worry about as is and this takes a lot of that extra stress out of the equation. The staff is so great and well versed in the facilities and guide you along the way. They are also available for any concerns or questions once the transition is made as well. Nothing but good things to say.

They helped me to navigate through the complexities of senior care. They took the time to fully explain how medicare worked, what they covered and didn’t cover, and what my parents would be responsible for. They were instrumental in helping to find care for my father who had a stroke. I would highly recommend Care Patrol.
