My Husband and I greatly appreciated working with Dina Cucunato to help place my Mother in Law into Assisted Living . Her knowledge and guidance helped our family make the right decision for her. I have recommended Dina to other friends who are looking for guidance in this transition . She answered numerous questions for my Husband either through an e-mail , phone conversation or meeting us in person . Having her with us during the visits and taking notes helped immensely and asking certain questions . This is a great service for anyone needing guidance .

We were so lucky to have met Chad. He helped us from start to finish and then some. His expertise was remarkable! He took a load off of my sister and I shoulders. We felt so at easy with Chad and didn’t worry about anything. He was there for us 24-7 if we needed him. We are very comfortable where our mother is now. Thanks Chad your the greatest!!!

During such a stressful time, Dina was a God-send. She was very knowledgeable and kept my sister and me up to date on all the latest information about the residences we were considering. Her note-taking during the meetings with each was very helpful, and I am so grateful for her wealth of knowledge. She has been like a guardian angel for my mother, helping us select the best place to meet her needs.

It made it easier for Care Patrol to handle making the appts to see each place and have a second set of ears to hear what they have to say about pricing too. Most places want you to visit before giving you a price but Care Patrol has all that information up front. Makes it easier to chose from too.

I can’t overstate how capable, caring and helpful Chad Ramsey and CarePatrol were in helping me find my Dad an assisted living facility that was perfect for him. Dad was in the hospital and wouldn’t be able to return to his home, and I had no experience in assisted living. The hospital recommended CarePatrol and they worked closely with the hospital, social worker, the assisted living facilities and me to find suitable options. Chad then accompanied me on tours and helped get things set up. Dad had a medication need that was outside of the ordinary and Chad worked with the facilities to ensure that would work fine with them. Dad moved in last month and things worked out great. I highly recommend Chad Ramsey and CarePatrol for anyone that needs help in finding assisted living for their loved ones.

I moved my Mom in August and now my Aunt in December. Chad was wonderful, helpful and worked hard to find the best fit for them. Chad took the stress out of finding the perfect places for both of them. He scheduled the appointments, wrote down pro's and con's of each place and really worked hard to find the right fit for my Mom and Aunt since they both had different needs. I recommend this caring company to anyone that has to go through this stressful situation. Please do not hesitate to call them.
