My dad was diagnosed with a challenging disease in November of 2022. My family and I attempted to provide my dad with the proper support. However, we became to realize it was too much for our family and he needed to be in an environment that was skilled in supporting my dad's needs. We reached out to several organizations and companies for support. We were never able to find companies that actually heard our desire for our loved one. When introduced to your team, I immediately felt the attentiveness. While I am sure you all engage with many families, my family was made to feel that we were of a priority, and you had a genuine desire to support us during this time. My family and I are truly grateful for you all and would highly recommend to future families.

Linda and Tanya were so prompt and efficient and professional. I received a phone call from them within an hour of contacting Care Patrol. They were so compassionate and helped our family to look at Memory Care Communities and made all the arrangements and handled the necessary paperwork for my husband to move into a Community within 2 weeks of our first visit. They were willing and available to help with whatever we needed. I would definitely recommend Care Patrol.

Care Patrol did virtually everthing related to relocating me to a new home. They discussed my options, coordinated the purchase and the move. Care Patrol found a realtor to sell my house and provided resources for making repairs and improvements to maximize the value and sale of the house. I highly recommend Care Patrol to seniors considering a move. Care Patrol made the process far less stressful than doing everything on my own.

Reaching out to CarePatrol for help when looking for an assisted living facility for my parents turned out to be the best decision I could have made. This was a three week period right before the holidays when both of my parents were hospitalized and unfortunately one passed away. It was a challenging time. Kris Martinson and Laura Thibodeaux of CarePatrol are two professionals who know the industry and have the ability and patience to help you navigate and understand your options. Care Patrol helped me find a place for my mom when she was discharged from the hospital that met her needs. I was thrilled with the place and I rest easier knowing it was vetted and screened ahead of time. They also did an outstanding job of communicating with me throughout the process.
