I was not sure what a Care Patrol provided but was put at ease on meeting Jack Horner in the Tavares, FL. area. Jack took the time to find out what type of care my sister needed and wanted. Of course she wanted to stay in her own home but was requiring help as she was becoming a fall risk. We toured a couple of Senior Living Facilities and she made the decision as to where she would live. The staff are helpful and so kind and cheerful. Knowing our sister is safe and enjoying her life is very reassuring.

I would definitely recommend CarePatrol to anyone that is looking for neutral support finding care for a loved one. Our CP colleague, Jack, went above and beyond the service I would have expected. He was very kind and respectful to my mother during the interview, he was direct about costs - touching carefully the financial aspect while not being nosy. It was a huge support to have Jack on our side (hopefully I won't need him again :-o - never enjoyable placing a loved one in care) keeping the sales separated from care. Well done Jack!

I was so glad that Care Patrol was referred to me. I am from out of state trying to help my father in FL and was struggling to find somewhere where I could place my father. I had some help but it was not until Jack Horner that I was able to get the help that I needed. He was very thorough and very helpful. Brenda Garcia is amazing! I really could not see a way through our situation with my father and the team at CarePatrol were the angels we needed! I really wish that I found them a while ago but if anyone is struggling with elderly parents, do not hesitate to contact them (they are nation wide)
